We work with companies, with several employees to thousands of employees, providing innovative Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP's), Health Savings Accounts, Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans and Executive Compensation Packages. The heart of our business is mid-sized organization within the entertainment, manufacturing, transportation, service, and medical industries.
The majority of our clients are in Southern California and the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our sister company, Henehan Administrators, LLC, supports our clients with COBRA Administration, Consolidated Billing and Online Human Resources Management.
Our expertise is in “plan design.” Group Insurance plan design is very important, as it is the tool that provides the best benefits tailored to your company at the lowest cost. Brokers who do not spend appropriate time, or lack the expertise on plan design do not understand the importance of this function.
Without plan design a broker simply sells. Today, plan design is vitally important for cost containment and risk management. Plan design is part of every health plan we build; because we are paid on a commission, we make the same any other broker would make.
