Edward Stricklan’s career spans nearly 24 years of hospital, health plan and insurance/financial services experience. In 2010, Mr. Stricklan joined The Henehan Company as Senior Benefits Consultant after 11 years with Sawyer Cook Insurance where he functioned as Life & Health Agent and Vice President of the Life and Health Department. During the last 8 years he also was employed in a duel role at the Arrowhead Investment Center as a Financial Consultant specializing in group retirement plans for businesses.
Prior to joining the insurance and financial services industry as Agent and Financial Consultant, Mr. Stricklan worked as an Account Executive for Inter Valley Health Plan and as New Business Manager and Vice President of Communications at CIGNA HealthCare of California. He also has a background in hospital sales and marketing where he acted as Director of Marketing for two different Southern California Hospitals.
He is the current President of the Inland Empire Association of Health Underwriters and has functioned as Treasurer and Program Chair of his local association of health underwriters.
Mr. Stricklan received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, in Madison Wisconsin, and is married to Phyllis Stricklan, RN, MSN, ESQ., Director, Children's Law Center of Los Angeles-2. They have been blessed with two children during their 30 years of marriage. He is active on several boards, the most recent which is the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Pomona Valley (NAMI of Pomona Valley).
